Position Summary:
General Employee of the restaurant has the mission of managing and processing payments at the cash registers, dispatching orders to the client and helping with general cleaning tasks. You must have knowledge and possess skills that allow you to offer a good service and be efficient in your work. Maintains standards of service and cleanliness at all times.

Work assignments:
  • Be agile executing the collection process, fast and efficient.
  • Dispatch customer food orders in the lounge and/or Servi-Car.
  • Fill any material or product that is running out on the counter (chimichurri, food, forks, knives, among others).
  • Assist in general cleaning of the restaurant.
  • Know the menu and the prices of the products in detail.
  • Give promotion to the offers maximizing the sale.
  • Thank customers for their visit and invite them to come back.
Main Responsibilities, Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Sales Techniques and Customer Influence: You must understand products and services, develop new prospects for sales opportunities, and clearly understand customer needs.
  • Customer service: Seek customer satisfaction both in the products requested and in effective communication.
  • Cleaning: Keep the cashier and office area clean and assist the team in general cleaning of the restaurant (sweep, map, scrub and/or disinfect).
  • Communication: Excellent ability to speak and listen.
  • Interpersonal Relations: You must adapt to the different personalities of customers, suppliers and co-workers without losing focus.
  • Performance of General Physical Activities: You must occasionally perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate to maximum force, such as lifting, walking, and handling materials.
  • Speed and Efficiency- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, performing your job effectively.
  • Initiative- Provide recommendations and best practices to your supervisor.
  • Colleagues- Ability to work as a team and collaborate with other members of the restaurant staff.
  • Flexibility- to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Diplomacy- Empathy and courtesy in dealing with customers and co-workers.
  • Image- Neat and discreet (good personal hygiene habits) and use the dress code stipulated by the company at all times.
  • Organization- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Integrity- Oriented to work in accordance with the Company's Personnel Standards and Conduct Manual.
